Karina J is Director of Karian Management Group, overseeing
the production and of all resources including training programs,
books, manuals, DVD's and audio programs. She is also the founder
and CEO of MaZooNGa Foundation.
With over 20 years experience in the health and
well-being industry, including owning a personal training studio
for 5 years, she is now a business woman, speaker, presenter and
author with a gift for creative communication.

As part of giving back to society, Ian and Karina conduct inspirational keynotes and training for disadvantaged people. They have worked with young women in Prison, Delhuntie Park, an outdoor adventure therapy park for 'youth at risk', and young women in crisis.
